Individual Psychotherapy

Individual therapy can help with a wide range of challenges by increasing insight and coping strategies. Following an initial consultation to determine if we are a good match, I offer 45-minute psychotherapy sessions at least once weekly.

Couples Therapy

Discover underlying patterns in your relationships that are impacting your ability to thrive, communicate effectively, and feel connected. Supporting all relationships, including LGBTQ+, consensually non-monogamous, and polyamorous. I offer 60 minute couples therapy sessions.

Family Therapy

Identify and address issues in communication, power struggles, and emotional and behavioral patterns that impact the well-being of your family. In family therapy, we focus on supporting both individual members and the family unit as a whole. I offer 60 minute family sessions.

I am currently offering teletherapy sessions as well as in-person sessions in NYC. I offer early morning and evening sessions to meet your busy schedule.

Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, dissatisfied at work, anxious, stressed, or dealing with some other natural challenges of daily life? I've been there, too. Having worked in finance for 5 years, I understand the unique experience and challenges you face as someone that is a driven, high-achieving, successful individual. Other issues that can be related to anxiety and stress, outside of work, include perfectionism, self-esteem, body-image, life transitions, emerging adulthood, among others. I leverage my unique background combing business and psychology to provide you with coping skills, mindfulness, and stress-management tools to help you manage anxiety that may be coming up. My goal is to help you feel empowered and in control of your own life, regardless of the anxieties or worries that come your way.

Relationships

Relationships are at the heart of our existence. While they are essential, meaningful, and rewarding, relationships can also be some o the most challenging aspects of our daily life. Whether you would like to work on your relationship with yourself, with a friend, family member, or romantic partner, together we will help you gain clarity info and navigate more effectively your relationships. I work with individuals, heterosexual couples, LGBTQI individuals or couples, and multiple-partner or poly individuals who are struggling in their relationships. I help couples identify  negative patterns, unearth underlying triggers and wounds, and examine expectations. Our goal is to work together so you and your partner can create a deeper, more connected, and satisfying relationship.

Exploration & Meaning 

Therapy does not have to be reserved for times of crisis. In fact, it can help make those bigger challenges that come along easier to move through. I believe that therapy can be for the betterment of well people. This type of work is generally insight-oriented, focused on understanding the self, strengthening relationships, and emotional growth. If you are struggling to find meaning in your life, feeling lost, or generally looking for more purpose and fulfillment, together we will engage in self-exploration to enhance your sense of meaning and identity.

Substance Use

Are you or a loved one struggling with substance use?  Addiction therapy helps individuals struggling with substance use disorder overcome the complex and often debilitating challenges of addiction. Clients are empowered to identify the root causes of their addictive behaviors, develop personalized treatment plans, and benefit from ongoing counseling and support. This treatment may also include various types of family counseling. Underlying issues such as trauma, co-occurring mental health disorders, and social factors are also addressed. This is a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their struggles and develop the skills needed to maintain long-term recovery.
